About the Pillar

Partnership, Engagement & Internationalisation drives industry growth through strategic collaboration and market access. SFC partners with brands, designers, manufacturers, and ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen industry capabilities and foster a cohesive fashion community. Through targeted partnerships and initiatives, SFC supports local brands in accessing business opportunities both locally and internationally, connecting them with organisations, new markets, and platforms to expand their reach and strengthen their presence at home and on the global stage.

Ongoing Initiatives

Sourcing Trips

Building on the success of our 2025 sourcing missions, selected programmes in 2026 will feature an optional two-day pre-fair itinerary ahead of the core three-day fair. This extension is designed to provide deeper, more targeted exposure to local factory ecosystems, and selected designers, supporting stronger sourcing relationships and market understanding.

Tradeshow

With the growing convergence of wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels, SFC will be introducing more hybrid B2B2C trade formats. These platforms are designed to help brands engage buyers and consumers simultaneously, maximising visibility, testing market response, and strengthening commercial outcomes within a single activation.

Retail Pop Ups

In response to strong industry demand for direct-to-consumer international entry points, we are developing a curated suite of retail-led activities. These will include pop-ups and showroom concepts across selected regional markets, offering brands practical pathways to validate demand, build brand awareness, and engage new audiences on the ground.

Community Engagement

Delivering a series of curated initiatives to strengthen industry capabilities and connections. Knowledge-sharing sessions for members were conducted in collaboration with leading partners such as TikTok, HitPay, and Shopify Partner, equipping members with practical insights across digital marketing, e-commerce, and business scaling.
