The Fashion Sustainability Programme (FSP), launched in November 2021, is Singapore’s national platform for accelerating sustainability transformation across the fashion ecosystem. Led by Singapore Fashion Council (SFC), the programme drives industry capability building, circular economy innovation, sustainability talent development, consumer engagement, and cross-sector collaboration to position Singapore as a regional leader in sustainable fashion.

SFC is seeking a visionary, strategic, and highly collaborative Director, Sustainability to lead the next phase of this transformation. This leadership role will shape sustainability strategy, oversee flagship programmes, influence industry practices, cultivate strategic partnerships, and advance Singapore’s sustainability agenda both regionally and globally.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, a genuine passion for the intersection of fashion, entrepreneurship, technology, and sustainability, and the leadership presence to engage effectively with startups, corporates, investors, and government stakeholders.
