At SFC, we believe in building a fashion future for everyone and aspire to become the Asian hub for responsible fashion.
Responsible fashion is one that is sustainable, equitable and inclusive. We believe everyone matters — because every voice, every perspective and every body matters.
As a key sponsor of the annual Inclusive Careers Fair, we support a space where employers and jobseekers from underrepresented communities can connect. The fair is part of Pink Fest, Singapore’s Pride Month lead-up festival, and brings together LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent people, racial and ethnic minorities, and others seeking inclusive workplaces.
Each year, we take part by offering styling workshops, mentoring and engagement opportunities with jobseekers. It’s one way we put our commitment to inclusion into practice: sharing skills, building connections and helping more people see a place for themselves in fashion.
We are not just reflecting the world as it is; we are shaping what it can become — stronger, more innovative, and truly inclusive for everyone’s success.
Because when fashion shows up for inclusion, it doesn’t just open doors — it opens wardrobes, confidence, and possibility. This is what building a fashion future for everyone looks like in practice.
